Joystick - Rubber broken away!

Just contacted SATMAP, hoping for a solution to the rubber top breaking away from the Joystick. It's almost broken off, so will make panning very difficult (if not impossible) very soon.

The units been in use most weekends and on holidays, but only normal (Geocaching) use! So a little surprised when this started to happen.

Anyone else had the same problem?

Follow up on the joystick problem.

1. Sunday - emailed SATMAP with problem, also left telephone message.
2. Monday - Received email reply, telling me to return the unit to them.
3. Tuesday - Sent unit by Insured Royal Mail next day delivery.
4. Wednesday - SATMAP would have received the unit.
5. Thursday - Royal Mail left a card, they had a parcel to deliver.
6. Friday - Collected parcel from Royal Mail - Unit returned!

It has had the joystick replaced, a software upgrade (v1.189), antenna retuned & new screen cover.

Unit appears to be functioning correctly and will be tested this weekend.

First class service, excellent device. I wish more companies were like this!

Dissapointed to hear about joystick issue, but reassured by the good customer service.
