POI Loader - What choice to Download?

I have a Zumo 550 and appreciate I need to download the database choosing Garmin POI loader but what is the "best" choice to download from there (ie single file, consolidated by type, speed zoned etc).

Is their one download that works bst (ie most info) on the Zumo?

They all work, the single file is there as some devices can't cope with the additional functionality of the consolidated or speed zoned.

Personally I would suggest you use either Consolidated or Speed Zoned as both differentiate between camera types o you will know the alert is for a 'potential' mobile or a GATSO etc.

Speed Zoned also offers speed categorisation so is the best but for many, Consolidated is plenty.
