Medion PNA205 POI ??????

Hi, does anyone know how to set the POI up on the Medion GoPad PNA205?

I cant seem to find out how, they are on the device, just cant seem to find how to set them!!
bought the medion for £40 just to have handy in the car, seems superb for that, I used to have a VDO MS300 years ago which was monochrome, no maps just direction indicators & voice and that set me back £700!! that was however in the early days of GPS and before they were fitted to cars as an option :-) its great the way the technology has become Soooo affordable :-)
