Hello.
Im using a garmin nuvi250 with the consolidated database, when approaching a redlight cam i'm getting the icon on the screen, but showing " 30mph speed zone alert" which then switches to "30mph zone". even though there is no speed cam near, on one road the limit is 40mph but im still show 30mph zone. When i go though the light it may come with redlight alert and the number of the cam.
Is this right?
I've just downloaded the single file database and will try this tonight and see if the same thing happens.
Thanks |

How do we know (without getting a ticket ) whether a red light camera measures your speed or not? Do tell!!! |

What I should have added that some RedLight cameras within the database have the speed limit known, they will not issue a ticket for a speeding offence unless they are of the RedSpeed type, where this applies they are contained within the Gatso and Redlight camera files due to this type being capable of prosecution from either offence - Mike |
