On my 3rd 520, when will it end?

Now on my 3rd TT520 in a week, losing the will to live about all the problems.......

Various intermittent probs:
File access errors,
Handsfree crashing the TT (repetitive sound),
Speech recognition for address input not working
No sound through speaker on phone calls
Losing the voice alerts for speed cams (PGW's)

I have done the clear flash, deleted the logging etc, factory defaults, had the same problems on 7.4 and 7.2 versiosn and am getting really annoyed.
So,

As a rule, the main problems are speech recognition not working, that I can live with and the handsfree been a pain which is the main reason why I upgraded from a TT OneV2 GB.

Question is, will these problems be fixed with later SW updates or do I keep taking it back until I get a unit that works? If it wasnt for me buying a Brodit active holder for it then I would be demanding a full refund from Halfords.
