On-line auction sites...suspect stolen goods..

There is an extremely cheap, extremely poor advert, with a single picture of a newish looking Tom Tom device.

No supporting data, no power cable, no mount, no description of model type.

Seller blanked me when I asked for a photo of the base showing serial number.

Now, he might be completely legit....what would you do?

get a bargain, or report the ad without any backup?

I wouldn't trust the seller to post it.

Sounds stolen to me.
