Not connecting before 1230pm

I am also using the HP 6515 with TT5, and up until a few weeks ago it was okay. Then all of a sudden it stop working before 12.30pm. Even when the clock changed (BST) it still did not work before 12.30pm. I have tried forwarding the time but it will only work when the time is actually after 12.30pm. Is there a problem with the Sats. I have tried doing a restore from a back up but this did not solve the problem. I see that another user is having the same problem. When I did the restore, it was unable to restore a file called \TomTom\tttoday.dll-there was a Sharing violation, could this be the problem.

I reset my TomTom this did not resolve the problem I have also done a hard reset of my HP.
