Activation code ???

Hi all,just got a tt 910 from bt shop for £150, good deal i thought,
Now following the instructions on here I`ve backed up,updated and backed up again . and all working well.
In the box is a credit card type thing with three codes on it when i try to activate my promotion it says either wrong code or it has expired ?
I should say the card is dated 2006.any help appreciated....

There should be two "Product Codes" embossed into the plastic card, these are for map activation should the device ever request the codes to be used - keep it safe.
These have nothing to do with any free trial, I think the 910 did come with a free months Traffic subscripton to try the service out, pair up your phone and make sure the GPRS data connection is enabled by your phone network (WAP based internet will not work) - once this is running see if you get traffic, I don't recall enetering any promotional codes when I got my 910 it just worked for a month - Mike
