Anyone know of a UK or European supplier of RAM mounts besides GPS Warehouse? I ordered some parts three weeks ago and I am still waiting. When I asked for an update they told me to call RAM direct.
So if possible I would like to get the bits from somewhere else |

To my knowledge GPSW are the only UK supplier. They're normally very good so that is a very odd response from them indeed. You didn't order from RAM so it's GPSW who need to be resolving your issues.
Give them another call and insist they tell you what is happening and stop fobbing you off.
I've bought RAM stuff from them before and never had any issues, often its in stock.

You are far better off going direct to the states.
Some really good suppliers on their Ebay that are well versed in shipping to UK purchasers.
Lots have been ordered by our Harley Chapter including myself - both GPS and camcorder.
Reasonable shipping rates.
Usual deliveries are around 5-6 days.
No VAT or duty. |

Me too, and they were OK. (though it was a while ago)
It's a bit naughty of them if they referred you directly to RAM - if they are the retailer then they should sort the problem out!
Chase them up via email and point them to this thread. That might focus their minds a little.
