910 and TT Home ERROR

Hi All

I have the TT910, a little out of date i know, but seems to have less grief than the new 920.(at the mo).

Except.....I have downloaded the latest version of TT Home and every time it starts searching for new updates, i get ERROR at the top then 'TOO LONG' just below.

It asks if i want to send the message annonymously to TT, so i say yes and it says no you can't cos it's annonymouse.

Any ideas please...Before i smash it up....
