Anyone used satnav-shop on net?

Hi I was wondering if anybody has used the site satnav-shop on the net for any repairs?

I am a bit worried as sent mine off to them last Tues and sent the money via paypal for the repair after being told it was a 24hr turnaround and haven't got the tomtom back or had any emails, even after sending a couple to find out if everything is ok?

Can anyone help out on this with any advice or experiences with them?
