Forum clock slow?

I see the forum time on the forum index page as being about 17 minutes slow. Is it just me?

Nope. It's such a hassle to get it changed that we've left it. Each time we request it is changed it takes a dozen emails and slowly reverts back to being 17mins out. So we've chosen to accept the status quo and leave it!
