My ISP is BTYahoo, (I know! it dates back to the beginning of BB) For the few weeks all Topic reply notifications have been caught in BT's spam trap. Even though I've religiously maked them all 'Not Spam' it's still happening. has anyone else had this problem or has a solution?

Is there no option to "whitelist" the address they are coming from?

If its any consolation my Virgin Net connection did this a week last Friday, after one or two stern e-mails to Virgin the problem was resolved (not that they even replied, but that is another matter), downside was two days ago I had over 200 emails to deal with using a very sick PC - Mike

AFAIK the procedure is to open them in webmail, and mark them as 'Not Spam', that moves them from the spam trap to the inbox and once you've done it two or three times the spam trap remembers it's not spam. I've had a few hiccups with it over the years, but this is the first time its refused to 'learn'.

As far as I know, you can login to BT webmail and select messages in the spam folder, then select "Not Spam".

Unfortunately, Virgin don't appear to have this facility and they determine on your behalf what actually comes through to your account

Whilst testing one of my Virgin e-mail accounts, Virgin set these messages which I'd sent to myself as SPAM because they contained the word 'Test' in the subject heading
