One SD card two maps

Hello again yet another ?,
I have bought a 2 gig SD card and put my UK and IE plus major road of WE v660.1219 on to the card (no problems works it fine) is it possible for me to put my old original tomtom map on the same SD card.
The reason for this is that i can use poi capture on my old tomtom original map but not on UK and IE plus major road of WE v660.1219 i asume that if i can do this i wll be able to switch maps through manage maps

Anyway, although there is nothing stopping you putting two maps on the same SD card and switching between them (I do something similar myself), that won't help with your POI Capture.

Whether POI Capture works or not is dependant on the software version, not the map version.
So you could go back to an earlier software version to get it going, but you then wouldn't be able to run the latest (v7) maps.

I think you are going to have to give up on POI capture, unless or until they can come up with a new version.
But there are several other ways to manually log new cameras you can use...
