please could you advise which downloads i should use for myguide sat nav? this has never been updated with camera and poi information

If you whant to know what file format you need, go to the main camera download page, there's a big yellow and green "compatability chart" which gives the installation details specific to MyGuide. You need the .TXT files, but you get them automatically when you select "MyGuide" in the first selection box on the main download page.

If you want to know which version of the database to use, that is explained when you get to the second selection step. It says:
