After toying with the idea of buying SatNav I did a bit of research and came across this web site, From the forums I found Spotlight Guides and ordered an Ipaq complete with TomTom software and all the trimmings.

The unit was delivered as promised and everything worked great. I was made up with the advice and service I got from Spotlight Guides, I just could not fault them.

Imagine my panic when after 4 weeks the Ipaq died, I emailed spotlight Guides on the 28th day of the warranty, after which time you deal direct with the manufacturer, they gave me the number and I sent the ipaq back, four days later a brand new unit was delivered. :P

Its always worrying when you buy online but I wouldnt hesitate to buy from these again.
