OK, due to the underwhelming responses to motorbike mounting my sat nav in the motorbikeing forum and the fact that my original post here was locked and the fact that Ram Mount (or others) do not do a unit for it - I thought I would explore a different tack...

Can anyone help me to understand how to dis-assemble the ball mount to allow seperation of the sat nav nount and the sucker assembly. I see 4 small cross head screws on the arm, but it does not look like their removal would allow the sucker mount to be removed from the ball.....

If I can remove the sucker mount from the ball, I may be able to get a ball mount to suit from Ram Mount.

The only way I can see of possibly dis-assembling it, is via the windscreen end of the assembly. If you remove the plastic sucker (unscrew it) , inside there is what appears to be a place where a screwdriver could be put to release the sucker assembly from the bracket Idea . Or not Confused

I accept no liability for broken suckers Wink
