Hi!

My F20 dont want to start. It says "F-series failure, cant find internal memory". This is a HW problem.
I change transflash memory card (Internal MC) and upgrade it.
Now its working but its dont find the maps. It says "No map.
Can anybody help me? some files or some information?

Best regareds

Hi Turkmen, ad welcome to the forum.

Assuming that you are using a memory card that works, have you tried reinstalling the software onto the device. If you plug the device into SmartST you can reinstall the original software and the maps onto the device.

Also try a different memory card!

You should have returned it for a repair even if it was out of warranty. Internal maps are locked to the ID of the internal card -- your new card has different ID so copying software and maps on the new card won't work (software will run but maps will not be recognized). This is a copy protection feature and there is no way around it. If you bought any additional maps on external card I think those should still work, but there is no way to make your internal maps work on the new internal card.
If you still have that original card try talking to Navman anyway.
