I have installed 7.0.2 content manager and patch on the GPS unit and it seems to have an annoying bug which I wondered if anyone else has encountered.

I can sync the GPS fine if I make a single change, but if I attempt to make a few changes i.e. delete a POI and add another without clicking sync it will come up Sync failed then the memory bar resets to 1Mb and I have to close content manager and re-open.
This also can happen when I have sync'd then try to make another change. I'm having to close the program down and re-open between changes.

I first had the issue when trying to transfer a MP3 and that was solved by shortening the file name, but I don't know what the issue could be with the general POI management?

I just added 5 MP3's and deleted two poi's, and I did not encounter the problem. Have you tried a reset?

Sorry no problems here.

As already said, a reset may be the answer, possibly including PC reboot.

Reboot of the PC and hard reset of the x980t doesn't seem to have made a difference. It's still failing to sync sometimes Crying or Very sad very annoying as it means I'm having to load a POI and then Sync so I don't loose everything.

Also getting unhandled exception messages appear sometimes too causing a 'quit' box to appear.

Have found that it tends to come up Sync failed more when I'm trying to add to the My POI under My ViaMichelin. I was able to update the speed cameras and add pictures no problem. But when I try to do anything with the my poi folder to seems to fail.
Have managed to import 4 things in, but now I can't get anything else to load. Rolling Eyes

I have a similar problem since using the 7.02 update, when I try adding 2 additional folders of MP3's, it just fails to sync, but it will let me do one folder at a time though. Prior to the update I could sync several folders at a time without problems.
