Setting up traffic with phone problem

I've been using Traffic on my tomtom through my mobile for about 6 months now, at the weekend I accidently deleted my phone from my tomtom but now when I try and set it up again it won't work, it just gets to 65% and asks if I want to do it manually, have tried that with the settings from here http://tomtom-uk.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/tomtom_uk.cfg/php/enduser/prnt_adp.php?p_faqid=3326 but it won't work either.

It's a Tomtom One XL with Sony Ericsson W850i on Vodafone contract.

When you get to 65% if you just do it manually it will work just the same. All you do is manually put in your username and password and select automatic for the rest of the functions. Your user name will be your email address and your password will be your password you use to login to TT.

Did you manage to fix this, I have the same problem but everything was fine for months then died on me.

I've got a 510 with K800i on t-mobile, I have managed to get it to work once manually but this used to work on auto no problem.
