Speed Cameras for Nissan Birdview Sat Nav Systems

Dose anybody know how to get the speed cameras on a Nissan Birdview system.

I have a new Navara and would love to get the speed cameras... Sorry I mean safety cameras.

Any help would be appreciated.

you cant always add them as they usually run off a dvd. unless you have an sd slot or some other way o add custom pois?

Speedcams or any other POIs can not be installed on the system. Nissan used a customised version of the NavTeq maps and therefore can not (well without heavy investment) be modified.
