So how did they know how to make it?  I can't imagine Henry Ford stood back after building the first Model T and when asked "How does it work" he said "Dunno mate, just whacked some cogs 'n' wheels together and wooo.... CAR!!"
BS-meter gone right off the scale. I'll bet somewhere there's some faulty maths or some secret ingredient, like pure Balonium, that needs to be added that not been mentioned.
Plus of course, if it's in the Mail / Mirror / Sun it MUST be true.

Gave me a headache trying to work out what that meant.

Basically he believes in Dowsing as a tool for scientific research.
It quite a leap from using sticks to detect "Energy Pathways" to generating Free Energy. Bit like trusting Mystic Meg with your investments...... |

Dennis, I'm surprised that your new signature doesn't say:
"Now studying the likelihood of receiving an insurance claim form using dowsing based on Quantum ideas in Consciousness Studies"
Any sign of it yet?
They probably posted it in with your next secret toy, which also hasn't arrived yet.

The next new toy just arrived!! - the nice Citylink lady asked if it was another satnav - you'd think I was getting new satnavs every week.
