I have installed some POI's from this site in Western Europe map file. The bmp and ov2 files have the same name, but they do not show on any list when I try to activate them from the Tom Tom screen.

How many ov2 files (POI's) have you got installed to the Europe map folder? and also what version of software have you got installed to the device as this will have a bearing on the problem - Mike

Thanks, Mike.
There does seem to be a hundred when I go into the enable POIs option - I can see 40 categories that I have added, and another 60 that seem to be default categories -(such as border crossings, casinos, shops, theatres and wot not - but they are available in Delete POI categories and I can't see them in File Explorer on the SD card under Western Europe. As these seem to be restricting the number of POI Categories I can add, is there any way of getting rid of them?. Sad

The built-in (default) categories don't count towards the 100.

Better to count the number of OV2 Files in the Map Folder.
