CBT - Cuddly Bear Test
I think there should be something similar for cars, where drivers have to reach a certain level of competence on private land before being let loose on public roads.
All too often drivers seem to struggling to get to grips with the car controls at the same time as they're expected to negotiate road junctions etc - not to mention other road users _________________ Andy
