garmin usb gps driver error

Hello

Just before holidays I decided to upgrade my I3, and I getting problem with installing usb driver. Which I didnt have on my old machine (athlon XP). My new computer is Athlon64 win XP home 32 PS2.

After launch of newest drivers I'm asked to plug my unit, after this new hardware baloon appers 1 sec later garmin usb gps, few second later after following installator advices, I got message "cant find grmnusb.sys. I'm locating it installation going on and after few sec I got message: cannot install
hardware there was a problem installing this hardware. After click ok whole process is started again. Could you advice how I can install driver please. Do you have any idea why this happens.
