Not lost but this is an offer we make and it is done when time permits.

I have a queue of these and am working my way through them.

I had another go at this. A small contribution to reducing the backlog.

Thumbs Up Nice effort. Nothing wrong with that at all, especially if it is your first attempt!

Hi all, I just changed my car and wondered if it would be possible to have new cursor for it? It's an Astra Mk6 (J version).

If it can be done, which is the best address to e-mail a .jpg to?

Many thanks in advance,

Ric

Of course, send the images to me darren AT pocketgpsworld.com. Best if taken from a 1st floor window to get the optimum angle.

Can someone let me know if a TomTom one with Version 7.903 can have different cursors as I have installed the art file, downloaded the software, and even though the 'Congratulations' message appears, the cursor doesn't change?

Thanks

If you are talking about a car icon, they only show in 3D view of the map.

Is that what you meant?

Hi David

Thats right, I have downloaded a new cursor, added it to the art/cars folder and I am in 3d view and applied the changes but the cursor is still the original one

Thanks

Craig

Ok, I have now managed to see the icon i was after, the Audi A4 Avant, but there is a red messy border all around it, is there anyway of tidying this up?

Thanks!

Perhaps you have dowloaded a .JPG file which has a compressed red border? You really wan't a .BMP file with a pure red border. If you have a paint program you should be able to change all the pixels in the border to pure red (255,0,0) to make it invisible on the tomtom.

Did you download the icon from this site?
