yesterday i posted about no maps found

and the topic was closed pointing to a thread with the answer, which made no sense to me.

i am really struggling here, i have purchased a map and even when installing get no map found, is it a software issue or do i have a duff tomtom?

sorry for creating another thread but i am struggling and as i mention the other thread did not seem to offer up a solution as why when i install my map it does not work

please help

I think I noticed that yesterday about the closed topic.

Anyway, it could be that the flash memory on your TT needs clearing out.
