TMC For Tomtom Navigator 6

Hey

could anybody help me on this.

I have an HTC X7500 which has an internal GPS and I'm running TomTom Navigator 6 but I could use any other software.

Is it possible to use a TMC on my unit but I what to use the internal gps not an external one.

Any help would be very appriciated.

The only way to use TMC on your hardware is to purchase the TMC service from TomTom and access the information via GPRS using the inbuilt phone, the software should already be using the inbuilt GPS of the device, if its not then you don't have it set-up correctly.

An alternate to TomTom which provides TMC over GPRS as part of the product cost is Route 66, once you have purchased the software and installed/ activated it the TMC can be configured, this works very well when I have tried it in the past - Mike
