Speed cameras on Nokia N95

Could someone please confirm which set of instructions are appropriate to download the speed camera database to a Nokia phone (N95)? Is it just the instructions/csv for PDA's?

You would need the TomTom cameras if running TomTom Navigator on your phone - which is what I assume you are trying to do as you are posting here. It's not the same method as a PDA as your phone runs Symbian OS- so the connection method is different.

You need to download the .ov2 files and associated bmps. They should be placed in the top level map folder for your TomTom application (the name depends on what maps you have bought). Best way would be to use a PC card reader to move them onto the memory card then replace card in the phone - it's simpler and much faster. Otherwise use the Nokia s/w for PC-Phone connection and just transfer the relevant files.

But, from other postings on this forum, the N95's GPS doesn't seem to work with TomTom for now - it's locked to applications that the phone/network suppliers want you to use (and pay for of course).

If you do have it running then do let people here know as there are some posts about TT and N95 indicating non-working.
