My i3 was pinched last night. (yes, I left it in the window while I popped into my mum's house).
Here's the big question ....
Do I get a new i3 (or a second hand one) for peanuts?
Or do I go for a new swisher model? I quite fancy the TT One...
Any advice gratefully received!

Buy a Nuvi 310. (Amazon - £159).

UK & Ireland maps and handsfree mobile phone via bluetooth.

A great device - you can't go wrong at this price

It's a shame it was stolen from your car as your car insurance won't cover it. If you had it in your pocket and lost it, reported it lost or stolen to the police and got a 'Crime Number', your house insurance would probably have paid for a replacement.

my brother left the mount on his windscreen and my TomTom 710 in his glove box, thieves smashed the window and nicked the device.

i got him to claim for a TomTom 910 through his car insurance and it was delivered two days later.

surely you can claim it too?

Lost_Property is referring to the post by Deviltronics, which is a relevant post but he/she has a signature that is deemed unacceptable on the forum as it is commercial. I would suggest that Lost_Property would be better off reporting this 'infringement' to a Mod, if he finds it distracting.

I've PM'd Deviltronics clarifying our rules that forbid the inclusion of commercial advertising in signatures.

Ah I see, i still didn't see anything in the persons signature that would have broken the rules, maybe my ad blocking software has done its job properly. Looks like Lost property is above posting real words of his own to me Laughing

I never found it a distraction and never felt it necessary to report it to the Mod's but rather give a little hint to Deviltronics, who may not have read the rules, so he/she could take appropriate actions.

Seems to have worked as the offending sig has been removed.
