Hi ,
I have had a count up of cameras on my SD card and the differents types have got me wondering if they are all valid?
3 questions really

1. i have a number of different speed cams that i have down loaded from the site and they have diff names, can you tell me if they are all valid ie the same or not:

Pocketgpsmobile
pocketgpsPmobile
pocketgpsukspecs

as these are taking alot of space up.

2.Do you count 1 of the 39 files that you can keep on a SD card as 1 POI ie asda BMP & the OV2 that comes with it or is the 1 poi 1 file?

3. I have deleted some of the redundant POIs from my SD card howerver they still appear on the tomtom Enable/Disable part within the software! How do i get rid of them permantley...I have tried the Delete POI bit but they still appear,

Sorry this is a bit long winded but it would be great if i could get this sorted,
Thanks

Hi Earle,

I'll try to help if I can.

1. The 3 files you have quoted are different types of camera.

e.g. Pocketgpsmobile = verified mobile sites; pocketgpsPmobile = unverified mobile sites and pocketgpsukspecs = average speed zone camera.

2. The OV2 file is the POI file as you call it and the BMP file is the icon you see on screen to represent it. Therefore an OV2 and BMP pairing are one POI.

3. Do you mean you have deleted the files from your SD card using explorer? I don't follow your method.

Mike
