3rd Party Maps into Map Source

Having acquired some maps produced by individuals for use on GPS, I now need to know how to install them in MapSource.
The files come zipped, so I unzipped them. The result is just an IMG file. But I find no install program, as is needed to get the map into Map Source.

The maps came from mapcenter.cgpsmapper.com and are for Bali and Panama. I find no instructions on mapcenter either.

Suggestions, anyone?
