TT v6 pre installed safety cameras

My DVD version supposedly has free camera database. I can't find it on my Mio350 or storage card. When I select Plus Services/Safety camera warnings the only icon I get is Update Now. When I try I always get BUSY in the top RH corner of my display.

What's going on?

TT support were very unhelpful on the subject.

Hi,
i faced the same problem - then i saw in the german pocketnavigation-forum that a user contacted TT and they told him that there was an error and they activated his safety-camera-download.

Then i called TT and they said it was an error on their side, but they activated the account for me and now i got it.

I suggest to contact TT and then they will activate the safety-cameras. Next time when you start TT-Home then u can downlaod the database and install it to ur device. Or you can download it when you log into ur TT-account then go to ur Products and then you click on the Safety-Camera-Database.
