Hi,

Over the Christmas/New Year period I have been doing a lot of travelling around the country visiting seriously ill people in hospital.

Anyone who visits the average hospital will know that parking is at the best difficult and at the worst impossible.

This is why I want to register my thanks as my Garmin i3's have not only navigated me faultlessly to my destinations, but also guided me where to park, get something to eat and occasionally where to stay overnight.

So thank you very much Garmin for an excellent and reliable product and a double thank you to the great people at PGPSW who provide the essential data for our Sat Nav's, that have not only aided my navigation with their numerous POI's , but certainly prevented me from being recorded by many safety (speed) cameras.

As I have mentioned in previous postings I do not intentially break the speed limit, but it is very easy to break the law as the number of different speed limits and proliferation of safety cameras are so much a part of our everyday motoring life.

I am not connected in any way to Garmin, or PGPSW, but having been a member for some months, and regularly perusing forums in their excellent web site, I am extremely impressed at both the professional layout of the site and the superb level of GPS related information.

Suffice it to say that I, and I suspect, the vast majority of the members of the PGPSW site very much appreciate all the hard work you put in to help us.

Regards,

Robert Swanson

:D

I had the misfortune of having to visit someone at Addenbrooks (Cambridge) in the year. Got me there great, other then using an entrance that was closed off to the car park. Hopefully V9 will have corrected it. Best not to drive into steel bollards!

I would like to add my thanks to this site, I brought a Street Pilot 310 last Easter and boy was I a newbie. Now that I have been in this site I have learnt so much, POIS, speed cameras, what's the difference between a bing and a bong. Tmcs the list goes on, I will be renewing my subscription when my lifeline expires as this is very user friendly site. Now I am saving up for the Street 550 Laughing
