I placed an order to which I had a prompt reply saying it would be dealt with within 48 hours.

I mailed them after a week enquiring what had happened. No reply.

I telephoned last Friday - someone said they would get back to me and didn't.

This morning their phone is permanently enagaged.

I've sent another mail....

I ordered nearly three weeks ago now. I have tried to cancel the order twice by emails and received a note this morning that my card had been authorised. They are getting close to being reported to VISA if this goes on much longer and they DO charge me for an item that I cancelled a week ago...
