logged on but cannot download

I can log on but when I click on to the icon for the new version of the data base then it takes me to the benefits of subsription page. However, I am alreadya subsriber. Is this a fault or is it me?

Just a thought, but could it be a problem with Cookies being blocked on your internet browser?

Hi John, you only paid for a 1month subscription which expired on 19th June.

You will need to subscribe to the members area again.
