No detail on the map Gamin I3 (need solution fast)

Hi there

I got my Garmin I3 after one month of waiting because it got lost in the mail, the second one didn’t work….

Now I have attached it to my computer, registered and made an update whit the Garmin webupdater software.

After that I did open City Navigator and tried to upload map over Denmark and now I have a problem.

When go to “Where to” and select “Address” it is empty, it says “No matches found”. Then same if I go to “Where to” and select “food, hotels and more it is complete empty. When I go to “Where to” and select “Cities” I have a big list there.

When I use my navigation it only write the number of the road and nothing else, no name of the road on the map, but in the upper part it say “Northeast to E6”.

What have I made wrong when I did upload my maps over Denmark?


My info:
Software version 3.20
City Naviagtor Europe NT+ V8.
I use USB to do the update.
CD-card 256mb, Denmark is about 20mb.

I need help fast because I am on my way for holydays.

Works now

I needed to make a restore and then update whit the maps.

Reminds me of windows in the good old days, the tre buttons use.
