| I frequently lose my favourites in TT5 and have to reload them from a file on my laptop. I believe this problem is caused because I don't shut down the TT program properly on my PDA. Does anyone know if this problem continues in TomTom 6? |

Can't help on TT6, I'm afraid, but on TT5, can't you keep a copy of the file on your device?

How do you lose your favourites do you not have them in you map folder on the storage card.
I have never lost them on mine. v5.21 |

In my experience a lot of this type of problem is because of the memory card. The one I use at the moment has tape around it so that it doesnt lock.

I believe this happes to me when I close TT (but not exit it) and then remove the memory card for something. Bugs the heck out of me.

| I've narrowed it down to removing the memory card while tomtom is still running, or still in memory. |
