My be a very strange question but here goes:-

I got Copilot 6 for Smartphone for free when I got a new T-Mobile SDA II. I installed it, wasn't over impressed by it but I have TTN5 on my Pocket PC so thought I'd use it for the speed cameras when I didn't have my PPC with me. After a lot of problems some how got the speed cameras working and it worked well.

But soon went back to Orange and got a C600 and install Copilot onto it and working just like the SDA II. I'm now thinking of buying TomTom Mobile 5, but can I have them both on the same phone, would they both still work (not at the same time), but they both have a folder called 2577 (if the same as TTN5), so I'd guess if I installed TTM5 it would overwrite Copilots 2577 folder, if I renamed it Copilot wouldn't read it.

I can hear you all shout just use TTM5 and delete Copilot I'd just like to try them together, the speed camera warning times etc and see which I like best.

So long winded way of saying what is the 2577 folder for, how important is it, can they both use the same one, or will I have to rename each time I switch?

Cheers.

Simply use Windows Eplorer to re-name one of the 2577 folder to something like 2577_CP6 (for co-pilot) but watch out for other similar named folders, it might not be just confined to 2577 - I am not familiar wih CP6 though so check out the folder structure first - Mike

Well I've had TomTom Mobile 5 on my phone for almost 2 weeks now and the only time I've turned CoPilot 6 on was when I presed the wrong button.

TTM5 is just so much easier to use. I'm just glad I got CoPilot for free, I would of kicked myself if I'd bought it then seen TTM5.
