REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN MICHELIN AND PALM GPS

I bought a Zire 31 with the latest Michelin software installed on a 512mb card, and planned my route which is some 370 miles away. It worked perfectly until all of a sudden it comes up with a error saying that i ihave a file error or not enough space on the GPS, my SD card has 280mb free and i i have nearly 11mb on the palm ( if my memory serves me right).

Is this a common error or have i not downloaded something
