Anyone Else With Activation Issues

I received TT Nav 6 US and Canada. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam,and Alaska are on the DVD. I can install them but I cannot activate them. The Error Message says I have the wrong Product Code. All the contiguous states load and activate fine.

TT has yet to respond to my Customer service request left in My Questions on their web site. I phoned them and got through promptly. Unfortunately, customer support just took the information and has yet to get back to me.

There may be a glitch in Nav 6 marketing and/or manufacturing. When the maps wouldn't load last week I was almost sure I read somewhere that Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico had been pulled from Nav 6. Now the site says they are included.

Anyone else here with the TomTom Navigator 6 Pocket PC US/Canada DVD? Can you Activate Puerto Rico or the others I can't.
