Does the Fugawi topographic OS software allow the user to switch to British National Grid reference?

I think it's the default for the Fugawi UK product.

I cannot remember if the default is Deg/Mins or not but you can certainly select the OSGB co-ordinate display on both the PC and PDA applications.

How do you display the OSGB datum on the PDA. It's easy on the PC but I can't see how to do it on my iPAQ.

Looks like I may have made an error here. I just went back and checked my PPC Fugawi application and the only datum display options are Lat/Lon and UTM.

I was sure that they displayed OSGB. It may have been on the International version of Fugawi, but it would not make any sence to remove it for the UK version.

Sorry for the wrong info guys.

wot? [calming sounds of slow deep breathing]

let me take this in very, very, very slowly

I may have misread so please accept my apologies I just need to repeat it for myself

Am I correct in thinking that Fugawi OSGB maps which are designed for PC and loading to PPC will not display in OSGB references on the PPC?

I may have made a mistake - please tell me I am wrong

[even more sounds of deep calming breathing]

and for this they want money?

Ive only got the British Natiopnal Grid to appear on my Laptop PC at the moment. Which if the Case its pretty pointless for me, as I require everything to be in OSGB, British National Grid Format.

Whatever you do on the PC don't turn on the pointer reference and elevation data (F9 & F10?)

Then, whatever you do, dont navigate to an elevation marked point.

At this point never compare the map data with the pointer data.

If by some mistake you do do don't whatever you do estimate the map & data difference of about minus 90 metres.

It's almost enough to unmunro a munro

Sorry peeps at Fugawi et al ... but I am sure it was a mistake I may have made
