I have just used the point of interest caravan club sites for my tom tom one, on the list on the site it says there are 189 caravan sites, only 90 of them are actually in my point of int list, the furthest being 180 miles from where i live teesside, but if i look at the map of the area i want to visit, Dulverton somerset, it shows me on the map the caravan club site i want to go ( exmoor house) how is it that it is on my detailed map, but not actually showing in my navigate to P O I list

Hi swagger,
to the forum!
I know the Exmoor house Caravan Club Site in Dulverton quite well, as I’ve visited my parents there a few times when they have stayed on that site. Please try the following:
Navigate to… | Point of interest | select Caravan Club Sites
At the bottom of the screen you should have a keyboard icon, next to the Route and Back buttons.
Tap the keyboard icon, and then use the on screen keyboard to type "Ex" (i.e. the first two letters of Exmoor House). This gives you two choices:
Exmoor House CC
Exeter Racecourse CC
Tap on "Exmoor House CC" and your TomTom ONE should then calculate a route.
The reason why Exmoor house doesn’t appear in your list, is that the TomTom software is limited to show only the nearest 100 or so POIs.

Hi sleepy184,
What SatNav system do you have? If you have a TomTom unit then the answer is "yes", as our site has a number of POIs that can be downloaded for free. Have a look on the left hand side of the page for the heading "Points of Interest" and then click on "POIs". The direct URL is:
If you don’t have a TomTom unit then you may have to convert the .OV2 file to the relevant format by using a program such as POI Converter or POI Edit.
