Capturing Screenshots - How????

I am trying to provide some instructions for my delivery drivers for using the TomTom itenary function. I want to be able to use screenshots for ease of understanding. How do I capture screenshots. Or is there anywhere that lists all the screenshots of all the possible screens on TomTom Go?
