I have received an email from Bruce at Navman Europe to say that the patch will go live to the Navman Europe website sometime next week. If people are interested in receiving the patch ahead of it being released on the website, please email support@navman-mobile.com requesting the Navman 4400 WM2003 Patch. Please note, this is only for Navman 4400 users running Windows Mobile 2003 to fix the intermittent lockups that occur when using SmartST Pro. :D
