Hello people I know this has been asked before I keep trying to install 5.21 every thing goes fine but when I go into change preferenceses/ show version it states App version 5.100 (5160) please help what am I doing wrong.

Do a soft reset before you attempt to install 5.21.

Also be aware that 5.21 always installs to main memory - your existing shortcuot may point to 5.1 on the storage card.

Yes Lutz exactly right thanks for the reply only thing is that checkpoint still looked at the storage card so I renamed navigator on the card and all works fine.
