H2210 with Thinknavi and Navigon 4

Hi,

I have a big Problem to get GPS Signal with Thinknavi.
My PDA IPAQ H2210 / Software Navigon 4

Thinknavi i bought 2 Weeks ago. Till now i tried all my best but did not get the GPS Signal till now. I thought may be this is because my car is equipped with metallic coating windschield (Renault Laguna) so i tried with my friends Car but the same problem, it does not find GPS Signal.

My GPS Settings for Navigon
Com Port = COM1
Baud = 4800 (also tried with 9600)

Thinknavi Specification
GPS = SiRF Star II
12 Channel GPS Reciever
Output = Baud Rate = 9600 bps
NMEA-0183 and SiRF binary

I will be thankfull if someone can Help !!!!!!!!!
