Royaltek RBT-1000 tomtom 5 settings

Hi I have read the various threads about this issue and I am unable to find the answer I need. I have a HP2210 and am tring to set up the above gps reciever to work with tomtom 5 with no success. I have tried the normal bluetooth tomtom receiver and all works fine. I have even loaded the royaltek software on changed it from sirf and done the connection and still no joy

Anyone had these issues
