Sick and tired of rude "service operatives" who demand details and faxed copies of your accounts before deigning to take several hundred pounds off you, charge £15 pandp and treat you with barely disguised contempt? Well there is an alternative and I for one am a delighted customer of www.pocketanimal.com who have very competitive prices (£60 for a 256mb SD card)and who actually answer e-mails. The owner, Paul Evans, phoned me on Sunday in response to an e-mail,offered impartial advice and even sold a cheaper product as he felt it would suit my purpose better. The product arrived by return post. Guess what? Ex***sys and Total*** are no longer in my contact list.
