Testamonial on the speed camera database My Thoughts

Being a courier I regularly clock up over 3000 miles a week...
And I have recently recieved a NIP ( my 1st ever) 23rd march

Yep £60 fine and 3 points on my license. I am an extremely careful driver and watch my speed, but I knew it would happen in the end.
I was caught doing 61mph in a 50 zone where a dual carriage way finishes. I was overtaking a lorry, as I had timed deliveries and new it would hold me up for a number of miles. Not realising ther would be a Talivan monitoring that stretch of road.

Anyway I had been searching the net for locations of speed trap and came accross PocketGPSworld and thought £19 would be a small price to pay for a database that would alert me beforehand. So I signed up and uploaded the database to my PDA (GPS)

But it turns out if I had subscribed sooner the Speedcamera database could have saved me £39 and 3 points, as the mobile unit that caught me is logged on the database.

The morale of my story is pay the £19 and get the regular updates...THEY DO WORK....as I went out last night and tested it, it alerted me of every single Gatso and possible Talivan.
It will save you money and your license.
